If you’re part of the main marketing group, Comfort Dental is rolling out a new fully integrated online appointment scheduler for every location, powered by Team Care Dental. The My Social Practice team will support you through the transition from your current provider to this new system.
We strongly encourage all offices to switch to the Team Care Scheduler. It’s designed to improve ad conversion, tracking, and overall ROI. When you continue using your existing scheduler, My Social Practice loses visibility into what happens after a new patient clicks the scheduling link—making it harder to measure and optimize performance.
My Social Practice has options for using the integrated Scheduler or a basic appointment request form in the new Team Care Dental system. Please contact Emma Brown for details. Note that for practices outside of the main marketing group, there will be a fee for using the integrated scheduler.

Birdeye is an automated review platform provided by Comfort Dental to help increase patient reviews and strengthen your online presence. It integrates with your Practice Management System to send review requests after appointments.
